This is the Kenpo Karate Creed. As a 3rd degree black belt, I take this vow every time I step onto the dojo training deck. I make this commitment to you also. The martial arts prepares you to handle life without fear. I want to help you do the same. Fear is a chain that holds you down. I want to help you "SNAP THAT CHAIN" and enjoy the freedom of living without fear.

In January 2009, I will be releasing the first of my products geared toward helping my customers to live a Zero Fear lifestyle. Since the foundation of self confidence is fitness, the first course I will offer, ZF2 - Fitness Course I - Define Your Diet ,will allow the student to develop a plan for a balanced diet with a specific weight in mind. For example, if the student weighs 230 lbs and wishes to weigh 200 lbs, he will set the target at 200 lbs and design his diet accordingly. This requires certain basic knowledge and the discipline to apply it. Maintaining the diet designed for a 200 lb person will eventually cause the student to stabilize at 200 lbs. Since the student has eaten in this manner for an extended period of time, they will likely stick to the plan and stay at the desired weight.

There are no special meals or pills involved. Neither of these are for the benefit of the student. They are for the benefit fo the supplier of the meals and the pills. The only requirements are knowledge, which I will give you, and desire. The latermust come from you. Many people have knowledge, but that is only a part of the puzzle. Application of the knowledge is required.
